Dignity Health Bereavement Clerk in SANTA MARIA, California


Responsible for the management of Dignity Health Hospice bereavement records, execution of routine grief support mailings per Medicare's Conditions of Participation (COPs), assisting Bereavement Counselor with preparations for hospice Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and community presentations, ordering office supplies including grief mailing materials, updating data in Netsmart medical record and performing other duties as needed.


Multi-line phone system. Familiarity with medical terminology. Two years experience in a health care setting. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to type. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
