The purpose of this position is: To support the supervisor and operators in the assembly of small parts/components in manufacturing operations associated with wafer fabrication, including laser bonding, dicing, grinding and polishing tasks utilizing wafer fabrication equipment. This position includes significant duties such as: • Ability to complete all operator tasks • Supports product flow, including assignment of operators to needed work areas • Troubleshoots and adjusts machines and tools • Supports operators with production questions/issues • May train new operators • Oversees inventory of raw materials and gives input for reorders • Performs data entry to excel spreadsheets • Creates summary reports and proposals via Microsoft Word • Acts as liaison to engineering • Good teamwork and communication skills • Strict adherence to safety regulations • Identifies and implements process improvements Working Conditions: Cleanroom environment Education: High School Diploma or GED required Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience
